About

作為亞洲多元、公平和共融運動 (DEI movement) 的標竿領袖,以多元意識與女力大眾啟蒙為起點,進而與政府、產業、學術界合作,建立多元共融生態系 (ecosystem),協同推動多元共融的社會意識與建立有效的解決方案。我們的專業性和價值觀深受廣大讀者和業界的高度肯定,憑藉強大的內容社群的傳播力量,我們成為許多人信賴的平台,更曾於 2019 年獲得聯合國日內瓦計畫全球最佳公民科技應用的入圍殊榮。

As a leading pioneer in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) movement in Asia, we have made diversity and women's empowerment our starting point. Through collaborations with government, industry, and academia, we have established a diverse and inclusive ecosystem and worked together to promote social awareness of diversity and inclusivity, and to develop effective solutions. Our professionalism and values have been highly recognized by our readers and the industry. With the powerful influence of our content community, we have become a trusted platform, and in 2019, we were even shortlisted for the United Nations Geneva Plan's Best Citizen Technology Application.

At the core of our values is diversity and inclusion, and we encourage everyone to respect differences, promote fairness, and advocate for diversity and inclusion. Guided by an open and respectful spirit, we strive to create a free, psychologically safe, and diverse ecosystem, promoting positive social change.

Our corporate vision is to "create a diverse and inclusive world, where everyone can be their authentic selves without fear." From raising public awareness to launching Taiwan's first Diversity for Better Tomorrow Award, we recognize businesses and individuals who have made significant contributions to promoting diversity and inclusion. Through continuous efforts to promote DEI knowledge and provide business education and training, as well as strategic development consulting services, we use the DEI ecosystem to promote respect for people of different ethnicities, genders, cultures, ages, and identities, break down prejudice and discrimination, and create a truly fair, open, and inclusive society.

Code for Gender 入圍 WSIS Prizes,為聯合國 (UN) 日內瓦計畫創立的全球性獎項,對利用 ICT 創造美好世界、促進實現聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs) 的典範予以表彰

2019

代表台灣至美國國務院 IVLP 國際領袖人才參訪計畫,是為全台第一個受邀參訪的台灣女性媒體,讓國際看見台灣在性別平等領域的重視,也代表台灣與國際對話

2018

創立第一屆全球性別影響力大賞、舉辦全球女性影響力論壇(GWIS)吸引超過300人共創影響,替自己創造不同可能

2017

第一屆性別駭客松 Code for Gender,與台北市政府資訊局合作,開創台灣性別平等重要里程碑

2016

第一屆女力時代講堂,創造台灣總統候選人們的首次女力與年輕世代的對談,吸引超過 300 位的女力站出來
