post: {"id":4283,"username":"womany","shortcode":"Bdc4ihshGCW","caption":"#女人迷嘻咿鷗現身想跟你說說話\n/\n今天是 2018 第一天，我想要趁這個時間點，跟所有的迷粉、用戶、讀者，好好說說話。\n/\n這是我第一次這樣寫，過去總覺得太多事情要做，太多問題要修，沒把事情做好前，真的沒什麼好說。但從今年、今天開始，我想改變悶頭做事的習慣，希望讓你更了解我，你也有機會更了解女人迷的脈絡初衷。\n/\n三年前，在【張瑋軒行筆】不要因為世界是黑暗的，就害怕成為那個光裡，我說過「 #做自己是唯一選擇 」。\n坦白說，這不僅是創業體悟，也是女人迷所有內容和服務的最根本核心——我們鼓勵每個人，能夠有勇氣做自己，有能力愛自己。勇氣與能力聽起來抽象，但是化歸為我們的使命，就是陪伴 (#support) 與啟發 (#empower) 。\n/\n2018 年，我們必須繼續相信的事\n/\n使命很偉大，但現實生活中，使命跟理想，都不足以混口飯吃。在對岸，做內容，估值可以上百億；在台灣，所有投資人都希望你是電商是 IOT 是人工智能，再不然做培育做教育做網紅做經紀都比做內容更好。\n我常常想，如果再來一次，我會不會改變女人迷的呈現載體？我的答案是否。我還是會做出一樣的決定——做一個靠近人，走心的媒體。\n/\n當初以「媒體」作為服務形式，是因我完全相信，當人能有足夠的知識背景 (knowledge base)，就能夠具備 (equip) 更多能力，應付各種情況與作出選擇。\n以互聯網作為技術基礎，也是因我深信，網際網路作為一種新科技，象徵的自由、平等、公開的特性，跟我在大學醉心研究過的「印刷術」能鼓勵思想革命與啟蒙運動激似。\n/\n在這個時代，我們有機會以新技術刺激新知識的流通和蓬勃。當這些新知識有機會在各種階層和地理範疇流動的時候，就有機會創造出新的社會秩序和架構。\n/\n當然，我的理想是無論性別，每個人都能擁有更多機會平等和選擇自由的社會環境。所以從一開始我們就有個期待，希望能透過女人迷，啟蒙你的性別意識。\n/\n而啟蒙的前提總是普及和大眾。這也是為什麼一直以來，女人迷還沒有做付費閱讀，因為在骨子裡，我的確希望能顛覆既有權力架構，盡量創造起點平等。讓每個人無論背景出身，人人有類似機會，在這裡了解與每個人切身相關的性別議題。\n/\n我認為，當你瞭解二元的性別框架如何建構這個社會、如何框限個人發展，就有可能找到打破框架的解方。你會發現，這社會許多你習以為常的習慣、說話方式、大眾期待，甚至是 #你對自己的說話和期許的方式，#都會不一樣了。你有能力去打破跟解構被設定出的性別樣板。\n/\n無論生理性別是男是女，社會通常都有既定角色預設，而這些預設對個體而言，通常都是限制或障礙。女人迷從創站的第一天開始，我想要創造的就是性別的對話與流動。\n/\n為了創造性別對話的空間，我們很努力打造性別友善的網路空間，透過免費內容跟服務，盡力創造出開放、平等、多元、共享的空間。免費開放、讓性別意識更普及是我們的預設，也是我們的理想，新的一年，我希望除了免費與開放以外，我們也能推出其他加值的內容跟服務。以更深度、更專注的陪伴，啟發更多迷粉。\n/\n#謝謝你跟我們一起走來到現在 \n#未來也要一起走下去好嗎\n#歡迎留下你想對我或女人迷說的話\n#女人迷 #womany #womany2018 #love #bethechange #itmatters","media_source":"posts","created_at":"2018-01-02T22:59:28.000+08:00"}
