耳聞 “4F Cooking Home 料理生活家” 已久,這次來台北終於有機會拜訪了這個溫馨的料理教室。跟我上樓參觀一下吧!喜歡美食的你,說不定下週就會出現在這裡嘍?

Up on the 4th floor of a nondescript apartment building on Yongkang Street is a little utopia called 4F Cooking Home. Come up with me and discover this delightful space, and perhaps this is where you will find yourself next weekend…

 

我拜訪的當天並沒有任何料理課程,不過 4F 的總監 Soac 正好在廚房準備當晚要宴客的菜單,所以我有機會和他閒聊外加品嚐他的現烤甜點。好幸運好幸運!

There were no lessons being held at 4F Cooking Home on the day of my visit, but Soac, the director of 4F, happened to be in the kitchen conjuring up something delicious to entertain his guests for the evening. My lucky day!

明亮的開放式廚房真是太棒了。

The brightly-lit open kitchen is such a lovely space.

今日甜點是什麼呢?夾有檸檬奶油餡和藍莓醬的杏仁蛋白餅!

So what’s cooking? Lemon custard dacquoise with blueberries, oolala.

杏仁蛋白餅製作中。

The making of dacquoise, also known as almond meringue.

檸檬奶油餡製作中。這香味實在太誘人!

The making of lemon custard. The aroma was absolutely heavenly.

蛋白餅、藍莓醬、檸檬奶油餡、藍莓果實。

Dacquoise, blueberry jam, lemon custard, and blueberries.
